Reiki Level 1 Seichem Training
9.30am to 4.30pm
Reiki is a powerful form of healing using the flow of the universal energy earth, water, fire and air to scan and release any blockages to allow the energy to flow with ease.
This course is suitable for anyone that is interested in the art of energy healing. This skill can be used to self-heal or heal others. You do not need any previous experience, this is also very useful for massage therapists looking to enhance and develop their skills to combined reiki with their treatment.

- Question and answers from the pre-reading material
- Receive your reiki one attunement
- Feel the flow of energy
- Learn the meaning and practice the Cho Ku Rei symbol
- How to effectively protect your energies using grounding techniques
- Understand chakras and their alignments
- Learn the hand positioning for reiki healing
- Learn how to scan for meridian blockages and how to release them using reiki
- Learn the 21-day cleansing cycle
